Overview
Prisma Capital is an independent, alternative investment partnership founded in 2017.
We are fundamental and opportunity-driven investors. We provide customized, long-term capital solutions with the flexibility to invest across sectors, asset classes and positions in the capital structure, seeking risk-adjusted returns.
The firm operates through a restricted core of partners responsible for origination, analysis and investment decisions. The partnership structure keeps decision-making concentrated among professionals with direct exposure to fund results, preserving alignment between the firm and its investors across full market cycles.
The investment process starts from the fundamental analysis of each situation: understanding the asset, the counterparty, the collateral and the legal framework supporting the transaction. We structure solutions case by case, without relying on product standardization, and favour transactions in which structuring complexity is properly remunerated.
